To maintain the quality of your wooden kitchen products, hand wash them with mild soap and water. Do not soak them in water or put them in the dishwasher. Regularly apply a food-safe mineral oil or wood wax to keep the wood conditioned and protect its natural beauty.

At this time, we do not offer customizations that alter the design, size, or configuration of our products. The flatware holders, cutting boards, and other items we sell are available only in the standard sizes and layouts listed on our website.

However, we do offer laser engraving across our entire product line. This includes everything from small monogram engravings to full-width designs on larger cutting boards. If you’d like a personalized engraving, you’re welcome to provide your own design or share your ideas with us — we’ll work with you to make it happen.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are in their original condition. Costs of return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Customized products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
