Loudblade Return & Refund Policy

At Loudblade, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, we’re here to help.  If you have any questions, please reach out to through our chat feature—we’re happy to assist!

Returns & Exchanges

Loudblade Products:

  • Contact Loudblade Support at support@loudblade.com within 14 days of delivery if you need to return or exchange an item.

  • Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • ​Digital downloads


​Liberty Tabletop Flatware:

  • Liberty Tabletop offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for unused flatware in its original packaging.

  • If you wish to return Liberty Tabletop flatware purchased through Loudblade, contact Loudblade Support first at support@loudblade.com.

  • Return shipments must be sent directly to Liberty Tabletop (the original sender). We will provide you with the return shipping details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Liberty Tabletop Return Restrictions:

    • Orders over $500.00 may be subject to review if merchandise is returned after use.

    • Multiple orders exceeding $500.00 for the same customer may be denied at Liberty Tabletop’s discretion.

    • Flatware sample purchases: The return policy is not intended for customers to order multiple patterns for review and return unselected ones.

Damaged or Defective Items

Loudblade Products:

  • If your Loudblade product arrives damaged or defective, email support@loudblade.com with photos.

  • We will send a replacement or provide a refund based on the situation.


Liberty Tabletop Flatware:

  • If your Liberty Tabletop flatware arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Liberty Tabletop will cover return shipping costs.

  • Contact Loudblade Support first at support@loudblade.com, and we will coordinate the return with Liberty Tabletop.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label from Liberty Tabletop if the item qualifies for a covered return.

Order Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders go into production immediately after purchase.

  • If you need changes, contact us ASAP, but once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Liberty Tabletop flatware orders: If your order has already been processed by our supplier, we may be unable to cancel it.

Important Notes

Proofs: If you did not request a proof before ordering, we cannot replace items due to font/layout preferences.
Natural Materials: Variations in wood grain, knots, and color are normal and not considered defects.
Butcher Block Pattern & Finger Jointing: Visible joints are part of our design process and do not affect the item's integrity.
Liberty Tabletop Flatware Care: Stainless steel flatware is durable, but proper care (handwashing or using recommended dishwasher settings) will extend its longevity.​
